I just had the best pedicure of my entire life. I usually get my lashes done at makk, and I saw the pedicure chairs and next thing I know...I'm getting a pedi. I love her technique and my feet felt amazing.

Mack is absolutely incredible. Her bed side manor is amazing & her nail art is out of this world. Sometimes I’m boring plain Jane with my nails other times I want crazy designs and she goes above and beyond. I will never go to anyone else, Mackenzie is the best! 150% would recommend to anyone and everyone! ❤️

You know when you look for someone who’s *perfect* at doing the service you’re asking for? That’s Makk. She’s been doing my gel nails for over 4 years and I will follow her anywhere she moves to, because she’s that good! She’s easy to talk to, is understanding, flexible and adaptable to squeeze me in when I have a break, and the absolute best at what she does! I trust her more than myself when we pick out nail styles and colors. I have so many people who ask me where I get my nails done because she’s that great. I’m thankful to have found her!

Makk is so amazing! Her work is the best from nails to brows. She is an incredibly talented as a nail artist and is always up for any crazy idea you come in with. The claw machine is also the best for when you’re not sure what kind of nails you want. Makk is my favourite nail tech around and will always recommend her

The BEST place to literally get your pedicures, nails and lashes and just over all everything. Mack is beyond talented and goes above and beyond in her work. I am always leaving super happy with whatever treatment I am getting done that day. Highly recommend her!

I have gone to Makk spa for years and only have amazing things to say about Mack! I have gotten gel nails done by other nail technicians before but her nails are by far the best! The nail art is very detailed and she always makes sure they are perfect before I leave. Pedicures are amazing and she spent the majority of the time on callous removal, which is great! I get frequent brow threading done as well and she always gets the best shape for my natural eyebrows. I got lash extensions that lasted roughly 5 weeks without any gapping, so definitely would recommend her for all these services!!

Finally I found the one in Mak. She’s amazing at her craft and one of the nicest most generous people you’ll ever meet. My gel nails are perfect! In one appointment she was able to fix 95.% of the other technicians mess and my next appointment I’ll be at 100%. She REALLY knows her stuff!

The best nail tech in kelowna!!! I've gone to Makk for nails several times now and have had my brows threaded by her once and I have never been more happy with the results! Definitely never going anywhere else for either of these services. Not only does she do great, clean, beautiful work, but she's an amazing person too. The attention to detail is unmatched!

I have been going to Mack for years, she is hands down the best at nails. Her prices are incredibly reasonable and her talent and skill is unmatched. She is also a lovely person and I enjoy our time together every month
